Add lazy.nvim lockfile
Pins every plugin (including the ones added after the initial
migration: blink.cmp/friendly-snippets, treesitter, nvim-autopairs/
nvim-ts-autotag, neo-tree.nvim) to the versions confirmed working, for
reproducible installs across machines.
