Mark add-gnome-desktop nix flake check task complete
Verified on a real NixOS VM after pushing: nix flake check passes,
confirming the services.displayManager.*/services.desktopManager.*
option paths and the dotfiles.nix platform-exclude changes both
evaluate correctly.
